Celestial headquarters is centrally located at # 7 Akle St., Brgy. Claro, Quirino District, Project 3, Quezon City. It is manned by qualified, trained, and experienced operations personnel with complete communication, transportation, and equipment to respond immediately to client needs and to effectively coordinate and monitor the activities of its security personnel on duty.

Celestial maintains a pool of licensed qualified, trained, uniformed and non-uniformed security guards and agents, ready for deployment anytime when needed. It’s Operations Department is manned twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, with a senior officer on duty to respond to any emergency situations that may arise.

Celestial conducts a physical security survey and risk analyses of any establishment before actually posting its security guards. It then recommends the appropriate security measures to be implemented to ensure optimum protection of the lives and properties of its clients. Regular security audits and evaluations are conducted to see to it that security measures within the client’s premises are properly implemented and are responsive to the prevailing peace and order conditions.
